The purpose is to analyze what those responses reveal when they are compared.<\/p><p>That distinction is important.<\/p><p>A business owner can ask ChatGPT about their company and receive a perfectly reasonable answer. That tells them how one AI system responded to one set of questions. Information that appears consistently in one system may be absent from another.<\/p><p>Even agreement deserves examination.<\/p><p>If ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude all describe a business the same way, that establishes a pattern. It does not automatically establish that the pattern accurately reflects the business.<\/p><p>That is one reason I compare the AI systems against each other and against the business being analyzed.<\/p><p>The important question is not simply, <strong>\u201cWhat did AI say?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>It is, <strong>\u201cWhat does what AI said reveal about how this business is currently understood?\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Those are different questions.<\/p><h2>What does the report provide?<\/h2><p>The Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report provides a documented picture of how three major AI systems currently interpret a business.<\/p><p>The analysis can reveal areas where the systems have a clear and consistent understanding of the company. The purpose is to analyze what those responses reveal when they are compared.<\/p><p>That distinction is important.<\/p><p>A business owner can ask ChatGPT about their company and receive a perfectly reasonable answer. That tells them how one AI system responded to one set of questions.
