Do not rely on just one. Each system can find, interpret, and emphasize different information about the same company, so comparing their answers gives you a much better picture than asking a single AI.<\/p><h2>Why Not Just Ask ChatGPT?<\/h2><p>ChatGPT is a perfectly good place to start, but its answer represents what ChatGPT understands.<\/p><p>It does not tell you what Gemini or Claude understands.<\/p><p>Research comparing AI systems has found substantial differences in how frequently individual platforms mention and recommend the same businesses. That means there is no single answer to the question, &#8220;What does AI say about my business?&#8221;<\/p><p>There are multiple answers.<\/p><h2>Ask All Three the Same Questions<\/h2><p>For a basic check, I would use:<\/p><ul><li><p>ChatGPT<\/p><\/li><li><p>Claude<\/p><\/li><li><p>Gemini<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Ask each system identical questions about your business.<\/p><p>For example, ask what your company does, what services it provides, who it serves, what it is known for, and when it would recommend the business.<\/p><p>Then compare the answers.<\/p><p>You can use the process I outlined in <a href=\"https:\/\/frankmasotti.com\/insights\/how-to-check-whether-ai-understands-your-business-correctly\/\">How to Check Whether AI Understands Your Business Correctly<\/a> to look beyond simple recognition and examine whether the answers actually match your business.<\/p><h2>Pay Attention to the Differences<\/h2><p>This is where the exercise becomes useful.<\/p><p>If all three systems describe your business accurately and similarly, that is a good sign.<\/p><p>If ChatGPT understands your current services but Claude emphasizes something you stopped doing years ago, that matters.<\/p><p>If Gemini places you in one business category while the other two place you somewhere else, that matters too.<\/p><p>In my own analysis of businesses, I have found that these disagreements are often some of the most useful findings.
