Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report

About Frank Masotti

I study what AI understands, not what AI creates.

Most people working with artificial intelligence focus on what it can produce. I became interested in a different question entirely, what do these systems actually believe about a business, and where did that belief come from?

Why I do this work

Every day, people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude about businesses. They ask for recommendations. They ask for comparisons. They ask what a company does and whether it is the right fit for what they need.

Those systems answer with confidence.

What interested me was never simply the answers. It was how those answers were formed.

I don't build AI. I read it.

I don't build AI systems. I don't train language models. I don't work for OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any other AI company.

My work begins after those systems produce their answers. I investigate what those answers reveal about how artificial intelligence currently understands a business. That single question became the foundation of everything I do.

Why it matters

Artificial intelligence doesn't repeat what a business says about itself. It gathers information from many different places and weighs them against each other:

  • websites
  • business directories
  • news articles
  • review platforms
  • partner websites
  • social media
  • industry references

It connects that information together and forms its own understanding of a company. Sometimes that understanding is remarkably accurate. Sometimes it carries information that stopped being true years ago. Sometimes it makes assumptions the business never intended. And sometimes different AI systems reach genuinely different conclusions about the same company.

Understanding why those differences exist became the focus of my work.

Why I created the report

As I kept studying how AI interpreted businesses, I noticed something. Business owners had no practical way to see what the major AI systems currently believed about their company.

They could ask ChatGPT. They could ask Gemini. They could ask Claude. What they couldn't easily see was the complete picture, where the systems agreed, where they disagreed, which details showed up consistently, what important information was missing, and what assumptions AI had quietly made along the way.

Those questions led directly to the Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report. It brings those separate interpretations together into one manual analysis that explains, in plain English, how today's leading AI systems currently understand a business.

My approach

Every report is prepared personally. I compare responses across multiple AI systems. I identify patterns. I investigate disagreements. I document recurring themes. Then I explain what I found in language a business owner can actually use.

I don't generate automated reports. I don't assign scores. I don't reduce a complicated subject to a single number.

One business at a time

Artificial intelligence doesn't interpret every business the same way. Every company has different information published across the internet, different histories, different industries, different sources. That means every analysis deserves individual attention.

I work with one business at a time because every report requires careful observation, comparison, and judgment. That work cannot be reduced to a template.

One final thought

Artificial intelligence is becoming part of how businesses are discovered, compared, and recommended. That means AI's understanding of your business matters whether you have ever examined it or not.

I built this website because business owners deserve to know what artificial intelligence currently believes about their company, before customers, prospects, or partners rely on those answers.

In his own words

I don't guess.
I investigate and analyze.
You get the unfiltered truth.

Thirty years in digital marketing and online visibility taught me one thing above all else: the story a business tells about itself and the story the internet tells about it are rarely the same story. Artificial intelligence has simply made that gap easier to measure , and far more expensive to ignore.
