Sometimes that understanding is accurate.

Sometimes it isn’t.

That process fascinated me.

I wanted to understand why different AI models could describe the same business in different ways, why certain details were consistently emphasized, and where misunderstandings came from.

For the past several years, that’s been the focus of my work.

Why I Created The AI Business Understanding Report

As I spent more time studying AI systems, I realized something.

Most business owners had no practical way to see how AI currently understood their business.

They could compare a few answers.

What they couldn’t easily see was the bigger picture.
