Frequently asked questions
These cover the AI Business Understanding Report itself, the consultation, delivery, confidentiality, and what to expect before and after an analysis.
Yes. FrankMasotti.com is the only current website for my work as an AI Business Understanding Analyst and the only place to find current information about my services and the AI Business Understanding Report.
Earlier projects, including Masotti AI and GSV, were part of the work and research that led to this report. They are no longer active businesses or websites.
Absolutely. If you have questions before ordering, you can schedule a consultation or call me directly. It isn't a sales presentation. I'll answer your questions, explain how the analysis works, and help you determine whether the report makes sense for your business. If you're ready to order, you don't need to talk to me first.
Usually under 30 minutes, just long enough to gather what I need to build the report and to answer your questions. There's no obligation to buy anything at the end of it.
Your business name and website address, if you have one. That's the minimum. If I need anything else to make certain I'm analyzing the correct business, I'll contact you directly.
Using a proprietary evaluation framework built to assess how the major AI systems currently interpret a business. The process examines how your company is understood across multiple AI platforms and identifies the areas affecting understanding, visibility, and recommendation. To protect the integrity of the service, the underlying methodology isn't published.
Yes. Those are the three models analyzed in every report, every time.
Next business day, by email, in most cases.
As a PDF, emailed to you once it's complete.
It depends entirely on what I find. A full report typically runs 10 or more pages, and some have run considerably longer.
No, one business at a time. The work is manual and it takes real hours, which is the reason the findings are worth reading.
No. This isn't local SEO. The analysis works from the business name, and it can't be localized to a single branch or service area.
Yes, that's the core of it. The sample report is downloadable and shows you exactly what the format looks like before you commit to anything.
You can, and you should. But one question to one model on one day is an anecdote. The value is in asking all three systematically, from several angles, and comparing the answers against each other, that's where contradictions and blind spots show up.
Those tools score you and hand you a task list. This isn't a score. It's a record of what three specific systems currently believe about your business and where those beliefs came from. Evidence first. What you do about it is your decision.
Because a person spends hours on it. I don't run a script and hand you a meaningless number. I don't analyze backlink profiles or keyword reports or anything else the SEO industry is selling. I question the models myself, using a proprietary set of prompts, then put the findings together with 30 years of experience to show you what those systems actually say about your business.
No. The report is a standalone product designed to help you understand how the major AI models currently interpret your business. It identifies findings, observations, and potential areas for improvement, but implementation is not included in the fee.
Entirely your call. Once you have the findings you can address them internally, hand them to another provider, or engage me separately. There is no obligation either way, the report is deliberately independent of any implementation work.
You'll have a clear picture of how the major AI models currently interpret your business and where opportunities may exist. Some clients use it purely as an internal planning document. Others act on the findings. The decision is yours.
There's no fixed schedule. Many businesses request an updated analysis after major changes to their website, branding, services, or online presence. Others review periodically to watch how interpretations shift. The report is a point-in-time assessment, so repeating it is how you see movement.
Yes, completely. Once your report is delivered, your information is permanently deleted. Your business is never shared or stored.
