Business owners sometimes ask me why I do not analyze several businesses at once.
The answer is simple.
Because I am not looking for scores. I am looking for understanding.
Every AI model tells a story about a business. Sometimes that story is accurate. Sometimes it is incomplete. Sometimes it confidently mixes together facts from several companies and presents them as one answer. Finding those patterns requires attention that software cannot provide.
When I begin a report, that business becomes my only focus.
I ask the same series of questions to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. I compare every response. I read what each model says, what it omits, where it agrees with the others, and where it reaches a completely different conclusion.
Then I investigate why.
If ChatGPT recommends your business but Claude hesitates, I want to know why.
If Gemini identifies your services correctly but invents your location, I want to know why.
If all three models repeat the same outdated information, I want to know where they found it.
That investigation cannot be rushed.
It is easy to produce a report full of charts, percentages, and automated summaries.
It is much harder to understand why an AI model reached a particular conclusion and what that conclusion could mean for a real customer.
That is why I only work on one report at a time.
For the day I am analyzing your business, it has my complete attention.
I am not running dozens of automated scans in the background.
I am reading.
I am comparing.
I am questioning every answer the AI gives me until I understand what it is actually saying.
Artificial intelligence produces the answers.
I investigate what those answers actually mean for your business.
If you have ever wondered what ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini currently believe about your business, the Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report provides a detailed comparison of all three models, identifies where they agree and disagree, explains what information appears to be missing, and shows how those conclusions could affect how your business is presented to future customers.
