Why Can’t I Just Ask ChatGPT Myself?
You absolutely can.
In fact, I think you should.
Open ChatGPT and ask it to describe your business. Ask what your company specializes in. Ask who it would recommend in your industry. See what kind of answers you get.
It’s a worthwhile exercise because it gives you a glimpse into how one AI model currently understands your business.

The important words there are one AI model.
That’s where most business owners stop.
They ask ChatGPT a question, read the answer, and assume they now understand how AI sees their company.
The reality is more complicated.
ChatGPT is only one system.
Gemini has its own understanding.
Claude has its own understanding.
Sometimes those interpretations are very similar.
Sometimes they’re surprisingly different.
One model may recognize your primary service.
Another may focus on something completely different.
One may describe you as a consultant.
Another may describe you as an agency.
A third may emphasize an area of your business you haven’t promoted in years.
Which one is right?
That’s exactly the question.
There often isn’t a single correct answer. There are multiple interpretations, and each AI model builds its understanding from different information and different relationships.
Looking at only one model is a little like interviewing one witness and assuming you know the whole story.
You have one perspective.
You don’t yet know whether everyone else sees the same thing.
That is where my analysis begins.
The Frank Masotti AI Interpretation Analysis Report compares how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude currently interpret your business.
I look for the patterns.
I look for the differences.
I look for the places where all three models agree and the places where they clearly do not.
Those differences are often the most interesting part of the analysis because they reveal how consistently your business is being understood across today’s leading AI platforms.
Every report is completed by hand.
I don’t generate an automated score.
I don’t use scripts or APIs to summarize the results.
I review the findings myself, compare the responses, and document what I see.
The goal isn’t to tell you what ChatGPT thinks.
You can already do that.
The goal is to help you understand how multiple AI models collectively interpret your business today and what those patterns may mean.
That is a very different question.
Many business owners have already taken the first step without realizing it.
They’ve asked ChatGPT about their company.
That’s a great place to start.
The report is what comes next.
