Many business owners test only one AI model.
They ask ChatGPT about their business. If the answer looks accurate, they assume Gemini and Claude must see the business the same way.
That assumption can be expensive.
These systems are trained differently, prioritize different information, and often reach different conclusions from the same information available across the web. One may describe your business accurately. Another may emphasize outdated information. A third may miss an important service entirely.
None of those differences require your business to have changed.
They happen because each model builds its own understanding.
I have seen situations where all three models correctly identified the same company but disagreed about its specialty. One highlighted the current core service. Another focused on an older business direction. The third described the company so broadly that it became difficult to understand what actually made it different.
If you only checked the first answer, you would never know the disagreement existed.
This matters because your customers are not all asking the same AI.
One prospect may use ChatGPT before making a buying decision. Another may ask Gemini on their Android phone. Someone else may use Claude because it is built into the tools they already use every day.
Each prospect may receive a different introduction to your business.
That means your AI reputation is not one answer. It is the collection of answers people receive across multiple models.
Checking only one is like calling one customer and assuming you know what every customer thinks.
You do not.
The Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report compares how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude currently understand your business. It identifies where they agree, where they disagree, what information each model emphasizes, and where misunderstandings could influence a potential customer’s decision.
Understanding one AI model is useful.
Understanding all three gives you a much clearer picture of what your future customers may actually hear.
