I Sell a $495 Report Showing Businesses What AI Models Actually Say About Them
That may be the simplest way I have ever heard my business described.
I sell a $495 report showing businesses what AI models actually say about them.
More specifically, I manually examine what ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini currently understand about a business. I look at how they describe the company, what they think it does, what they associate with it, what they leave out, where they disagree, and whether they recognize the business when someone asks for a recommendation.
Then I put what I find into a written report.
That is the Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report.
There is no software subscription. There is no dashboard you need to learn. There is no automated score that tells you your AI visibility is 72 out of 100.
I research one business at a time and show the owner what three major AI systems currently understand about that business.
The report costs $495.
Why Would a Business Owner Want to Know What AI Says About Their Business?
Because your website is no longer the only place where someone can learn about your company.
Think about how people already use AI.
Someone can ask ChatGPT:
“Who provides this service?”
“Is this company a good choice for what I need?”
“What does this business specialize in?”
“What is the difference between these two companies?”
“Does this company work with businesses like mine?”
“What companies should I consider?”
The person asking those questions may never start by visiting your website.
AI can become part of the research process before that person ever contacts you.
That creates a very simple business question:
What is AI telling them about you?
You probably know what your website says.
You probably know what your salespeople say.
You probably know what you tell customers on the phone.
But do you know what ChatGPT says?
Do you know what Claude says?
Do you know what Gemini says?
And just as importantly, do they say the same thing?
That is what I investigate.
AI Does Not Have to Get Your Entire Business Wrong to Create a Problem
This is one of the most important things for a business owner to understand.
An AI model does not have to completely confuse your company with another business for its answer to matter.
It can get nine things right and one important thing wrong.
Maybe it understands your general industry but misses your specialty.
Maybe it correctly identifies your services but associates you primarily with a service you no longer emphasize.
Maybe it knows where you are located but misunderstands the geographic area you actually serve.
Maybe it understands what you do but does not recognize you when someone asks for businesses that provide that service.
Maybe it describes you accurately in one type of question and poorly in another.
Maybe ChatGPT understands something about your business that Claude does not.
Maybe Gemini associates an attribute with your company that neither of the other two models mentions.
Those differences are easy to miss if you simply type your business name into ChatGPT once and read the answer.
That is one reason I compare three models rather than relying on one. I explain this in more detail in Why Three AI Models?.
You Can Ask ChatGPT About Your Business Yourself
Absolutely.
You should.
Ask ChatGPT what it knows about your company. Ask Claude. Ask Gemini.
You may learn something interesting in five minutes.
But that is different from what I sell.
I am not charging $495 because I possess a secret button that lets me ask ChatGPT a question you cannot ask yourself.
The value is in the investigation and comparison.
A business can look perfectly fine when you ask one obvious question.
That does not tell you how the model understands the business across different questions and situations.
It does not tell you what another model believes.
It does not tell you whether the models agree.
It does not tell you what important information repeatedly disappears from their answers.
It does not tell you whether your business is recognized when the question changes from “What does this company do?” to “Who should I consider for this?”
Those are different questions.
If you want a deeper explanation of that distinction, I have an entire page answering Why Can’t I Just Ask ChatGPT Myself?.
I Am Not Selling You an AI Visibility Score
I do not believe a business owner needs another mysterious number.
If software tells you that your business has an AI visibility score of 63, your next question should probably be:
What does 63 actually mean for my business?
I would rather show you the evidence.
What does ChatGPT believe?
What does Claude believe?
What does Gemini believe?
Where are they accurate?
Where are they incomplete?
Where do they disagree?
What important attributes do they associate with your company?
What appears to be missing?
How do they describe your business when the wording and intent of a question changes?
Do they recognize your business in relevant recommendation situations?
Those are things a business owner can actually read and understand.
You do not need to know how a large language model works.
You do not need to understand machine learning.
You do not need to know what an embedding is.
You do not need to become an AI expert.
You need to understand what AI is saying about your business.
That is my job.
The Report Is Researched and Written by Me
The Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report is not generated by plugging your domain into automated audit software.
I manually evaluate the business across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
I preserve the responses.
I compare them.
I look for patterns.
I look for disagreements.
I look for omissions.
I look at how the models interpret the business, not simply whether the business name appears in an answer.
Then I write the report.
If you want to see exactly how that process works, you can read my AI Business Understanding Report methodology or see the complete How It Works process.
There is a reason I do it manually.
Context matters.
Suppose an AI model gets your business category right but gets your specialty wrong.
A piece of software might count that as a successful mention.
I care about what the answer actually means.
Suppose your business appears in a recommendation but the reason given for recommending you does not accurately represent what makes your company different.
Again, simply counting the mention misses the important part.
I am interested in the interpretation behind the answer.
I Am Not Selling You a Fix Before I Know What Is Wrong
This is also important.
I do not sell SEO implementation, AI optimization packages, monthly retainers, or a six month program after the report.
The report is the product.
You pay $495.
I investigate.
You receive the findings.
What you do with them afterward is your decision.
You may discover that AI understands your business surprisingly well.
You may find one specific misunderstanding worth correcting.
You may discover that your website communicates something less clearly than you thought.
You may find outdated information elsewhere on the web.
You may discover that ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini have substantially different pictures of the same company.
You may hand the report to your marketing team, SEO company, web developer, public relations firm, or another consultant.
Or you may simply keep it as a record of what these systems understood about your business at the time of the analysis.
I explain those options in What Happens After I Receive the Report?.
I do not need the report to uncover a disaster in order for the work to have value.
Knowing that the systems understand your business correctly is information too.
The point is to stop guessing.
What Are You Actually Buying for $495?
You are buying an independent examination of how three major AI systems currently understand your business.
You are buying my time spent researching your company, evaluating it across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, reading the responses, comparing what the systems say, identifying meaningful patterns and differences, and turning those findings into something you can actually use.
You are not buying access to software.
You are not buying a monthly subscription.
You are not buying a promise that I can make ChatGPT recommend you.
You are not buying a guarantee that changing a page on your website will suddenly change every AI answer.
You are buying knowledge about something most business owners have never systematically examined:
What do these AI systems actually think my business is?
I have a separate answer to What Am I Actually Buying?, as well as an explanation of why the report costs $495.
Why Does This Matter Now?
Because people do not have to search the web the same way they did a few years ago.
They can have a conversation with an AI system.
Instead of opening ten websites and comparing companies themselves, they can ask questions, narrow their choices, request comparisons, and ask follow up questions.
That changes something fundamental for businesses.
Your company can be discussed before you ever know the conversation happened.
There may be no website visit first.
There may be no contact form submission.
There may be no search result you can look at and say, “There I am.”
The AI system may simply answer the question.
That means the way AI understands your business can become part of a potential customer’s decision.
And if that is happening, I think a business owner deserves to know what those systems are actually saying.
What If AI Is Wrong?
Then at least you know.
That sounds almost too simple, but it is the entire reason I created this report.
You cannot make an informed decision about a problem you have never seen.
If AI misunderstands an important part of your business, you now have something specific to investigate.
If all three models repeatedly omit the same important service, that is useful information.
If one model gets something wrong while the other two get it right, that is useful information.
If the models disagree about what your company is known for, that is useful information.
If your business has changed but AI continues describing the company you used to be, that is useful information.
And if the models understand you accurately?
That is useful information too.
Diagnosis comes before prescription.
Before deciding that your company needs an AI visibility campaign, new content, technical changes, public relations, schema changes, or anything else, find out what the systems currently understand.
Who Is This Report For?
It is for the business owner who has started wondering what happens when customers ask AI about the company.
It is for the marketing director who knows the company has spent years building its brand but has never examined how AI systems interpret it.
It is for the company that has changed services, positioning, locations, ownership, specialties, or markets and wants to know whether AI caught up.
It is for the business that appears online everywhere but still does not know whether those pieces of information add up to the right picture.
And it is for the person who does not want another dashboard.
You do not need to become an LLM expert.
You do not even need to know what “LLM” stands for.
If you understand your own business, you already know enough to understand the report.
I handle the AI side.
Three Models. One Analyst. One Report.
That is the business.
I analyze ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
I examine what they currently understand about your company.
I compare what they say.
I identify what they agree on, where they differ, what they associate with the business, what they leave out, and what happens when the business is considered in relevant recommendation situations.
Then I give you the findings in writing.
The Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report costs $495, one time, for one business.
There is no subscription.
There is no required follow up service.
There is no automated scan pretending to understand the meaning behind the answers.
Just an independent manual analysis of what three major AI models currently say and understand about your business.
If you want to see examples before deciding, you can look through my completed AI Business Understanding Reports.
If you want to talk with me first, you can schedule a consultation.
And if you already know you want the answer to the question, you can order the Frank Masotti AI Business Understanding Report for $495.
Because whether the answer is good, bad, incomplete, inconsistent, or completely unexpected, there is only one way to stop wondering what AI says about your business.
Find out.
