If you want to know what AI understands about your business, ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Do not rely on just one. Each system can find, interpret, and emphasize different information about the same company, so comparing their answers gives you a much better picture than asking a single AI.
Why Not Just Ask ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a perfectly good place to start, but its answer represents what ChatGPT understands.
It does not tell you what Gemini or Claude understands.
Research comparing AI systems has found substantial differences in how frequently individual platforms mention and recommend the same businesses. That means there is no single answer to the question, “What does AI say about my business?”
There are multiple answers.
Ask All Three the Same Questions
For a basic check, I would use:
ChatGPT
Claude
Gemini
Ask each system identical questions about your business.
For example, ask what your company does, what services it provides, who it serves, what it is known for, and when it would recommend the business.
Then compare the answers.

Pay Attention to the Differences
This is where the exercise becomes useful.
If all three systems describe your business accurately and similarly, that is a good sign.
If ChatGPT understands your current services but Claude emphasizes something you stopped doing years ago, that matters.
If Gemini places you in one business category while the other two place you somewhere else, that matters too.
In my own analysis of businesses, I have found that these disagreements are often some of the most useful findings. They reveal that there is not one consistent understanding of the company across AI systems.

Which One Should You Start With?
If you only have time to check one, start with whichever AI system matters most to you or your customers.
But if your real question is whether AI understands your business correctly, checking one system is not enough.
Ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Then compare what they think they know.
The differences may tell you more than any individual answer.
